<p>As everybody knows lower back pain is a very sore. However like any ache, sprain or injury it takes time and patience for it to return to normal. Our spine is a strong and very resilient structure. Over the last number of years technology has helped us understand lower back pain but also hindered some peoples recovery.</p>
